I have a dull achy pain in my left pelvic area. My son jumped on my lower back really hard while I was laying on my stomach on floor. He's about 45 lbs. Pain comes and goes every couple of minutes. There's no bulge in the area. But I'm noticeably more gassy. No problem with urination or bowel movements so far. This happened yesterday.
