During recent travel, I had problem with Seat belt and it pressed in lower abdomen, post that I am having light random pain in near testicle and pain only while ejaculating. Could you please suggest if it is something serious.

Difficult to say by the history alone. Will require examination if there is any sign of trauma.. please consult a urologist
