4weeks ago I had an arthroscopy on my right knee, I was on blood thinning medication to stop blood clotting. 5 days ago I woke up at 3am needing to go toilet, with hurting constipation and under pressure, I experience an excruciating stabbing feeling in the back of my head, since then, I have had a headache for the last 5 days and continuing random
