I am peeing i guess blood from my urethra and there is no pain at all. Im thinking it is a urinary tract infection

Painless haematuria should be properly investigated for site of origin i.e .whether from kidneys ,ureter or from bladder ,urethra or systemic diseases Cause of haematuria Infection ,inflammation,stone disease , growth are the common causes Get baseline USG of KUB, prostate region along with urine examination and consult a urologist
