My baby s 1week old having 3mm os asd left to right shunt with mildly dilated ra rv ... plz can anyone reply we r so worried

There is 80% chance of spontaneous closure of this as it is small in size.. just wait and watch. Repeat echo after 3-6 months.... nothing to worry..
