There is no need to worry as they are benign lesions n nothing will happen to you For cosmetic purpose u can remove them by RF cautery

first we need to confirm if it is PPP or something else.. even verruca can look similar at time... so to be sure meet a dermatologist or you can send a picture through online private chat for confirmation.. PPP is just hypertrophic glands of the skin and nothing to worry about. hope this is helpful.
