Nabothian cyst in cervix 5.6mm,echogenic collection noted in vagina 2.4*2.3cm . Biletral polycycts can you please tell me what it means.

Pcos leads to irregular menses for which you should be treated. Apart from that nabothian cyst is normal. The echogenic collection in vagina? Not sure. Need to ask about your cycles for that
