Patient was feeling headache she use serc tablet، and folic acid tablet after taking that tablet she sometimes become unconscious and sometimes she even dont recognize people

Dear Ma'am Very Good morning.  I wanted to know that these tablets are prescribed by a registered medical practicenor or you are buying these tablets directly from a chemist. If in case it is prescribed by a doctor,  then these symptoms are not from Tab.Serc or neither from Tab. Folic Acid (5 mg). I'm guarantee you 200% that these symptoms are from other condition. Please my advice you to go for MRI BRAIN WITH CONTRAST  and after you get film and report,  seek a good Neurologist in your area. I think this is the best options available to you,  trust me and don't lose heart and believe me just go to brain scan as soon as possible. The tablets are not responsible. Take care and have a hasty recovery.
