Patches on skin

My son is 2 and half years old and there are white patches formation on his skin specifically on back, arms and face....his skin is very sensitive and diagnosed as acute dermatitis when he was about an year old...since then I m not applying any soap. Or cream etc. On his skin except for aquasoft which was advised by a dermatologist. Please advise.
