2 days ago after rigours masturbation, at the time of ejaculation I noticed tiny blood drop at glans and a cut on the glans skin. Was feeling mild discomfort after that. Today I am noticing a patch on that place on the glans and peeled skin

This patch is probably not the result of masturbation. it looks like a fungal infection to me I will start a cream use it for seven days and it should be ok. Lulifin cream ,Apply once a day for two weeks
