Hi, I have patch near the scalp. Noticed it about 15-20 days ago when I shaved bald. Currently applying btex when it itches. Not sure what it is. Request your review.

From the photograph, I think you are suffering from psoriasis. It is always better to be examined in person. Scalp is the very common site for Psoriasis where you develop this thick red rashes with white powdery scales. It can be treated effectively. Please don't use b-tex or any other creams on your own. It is not advisable to self treat kindly contact me the nearby Dermatologist for treatment
