4. maintain oral hygiene in extraction area by keeping the area clean by gargling after 24hrs with salt and lukewarm water.
5. Hydrate yourself with fluids and soft food as you will be on medication.
6. avoid spicy, hot or hard food for at least 5-7 days.
7. avoid drinking juice with a straw.
8. avoid smoking or drinking for next 7 to 10 days.
