Partial digestion

The food I eat doesnot get fully digested and I face prblm in defecation  due to loss of water.. But I drink enough..

Hi add fibre rich items to your diet like spinach,green leafy vegetables,banana,carrots etc...eat fruit salads and fruits as much possible...these will reduce your symptoms regards
