My brother has a topical probably. His head always to and fro i mean it always vibrate. When he got nervous it increases.He got this problem from birth.I consulted a lot of doctors neuro physician, neurosurgeon . They give a lot of sleep pills.Bt noting happened. Bt he is healthy &  no other problems mental &  physical
