My father is coughing from last 2 months. Done all test including TB but negative results. In CT scan, he got Parenchymal cyst in right lower lobe. Looking for suggestions. I have asked him to take Rotacap twice.

One or two parenchyma cysts with growing age is seen in many normal people as well. You don’t have to worry about that. If your father is a chronic smoker or previously used to smoke then then get a pulmonary function test done which will show if any weakness is there within the lung airways. Rotacaps are are only useful in airway related diseases, not parenchyma lung diaseases. If your fathers disease is not airway related then the rotacaps won’t help. Even if it’s airway disease , the technique to taking rotahaler is very important as it is not an oral medication.
