Paralysis in right side of body

My father was a right side paralysed patient 2 days ago he had feeling some weakness in their body & i admit them in government hospital but today late night they had stroke in their right side of body & his body started vibration but when i asked doctors they does not give satisfied answer for this problem therefore i need help pls help me!

Weakness of right side of the body is seen in cerebrovascular accident i.e stroke. It could be ischemic or hemorrhagic and accordingly the prognosis varies.
