dysfunction of urinary and anal portion can due to paralysis of lowerpart. How long are you suffering from paralysis? Are you diabetic?have hypertension?Any treatment taken for this?can take ashtavargam kashaya and dhanadhanayanadhi kashaya.apply bala tailam or karpasasthyadi tailam on lower part before hotwater bath.
