Acute pancreatitis is not a good disease. if the CT scan showing the normal Pancreas it means you are fortunate that this attack of pentetate was mild in your case and you have recovered from the this attack of pancreatitis. The most common cause of pancreatitis is a stone in gallbladder, alcohol intake, high level of cholesterol, or high level of calcium. Your blood reports are suggestive of milder form of jaundice that usually happens either due to stones of gallbladder passing through the Common bile duct or a swelling of pancreas causing functional blockage of bile flow through the pancreas.
Next Steps
Consult a local gastroenterologist to identify the what is the exact cause of pancreatitis & jaundice in your case. If pancreatitis is because of gallbladder stone then you should undergo the gallbladder removal so that you will not have the same problem in the future. If you have the stones in the common bile duct then it will be removed via endoscopy depending upon the size and level of the blockage.
Health Tips
Alcohol is a common cause of pancreatitis so you should stop taking alcohol in the future.
