Few of the pelvic ileal loops are also adherent to anterior abdominal wall .Adhesions are seen between the uterus and the rectosigmoid A small incisional hernia is seen in the midline in the infraumbilical  region containing a part of the pelvic ileal loop Submucous fat deposition is seen in the colon and distal ileum
