Hi.. I'm 12 weeks pregnant and for the past 2 days I'm having palpitations. Like I feel I'm skipping a heartbeat or a fluttering sensation in the middle of my chest. It increases when I lie down than in sitting posture. Should I be worried about it? My hemoglobin and thyroid is normal.

After 12 weeks heart rate increases which is normal physiological response. May be you are interpreting this as fluttering But need to know the complete history in detail before coming to a diagnosis
