Thank you very much for your response DR PARAAMJEET SINGH i will send you my ECG,BLOODSUGAR,HOLTER MONITOR TEST within a week but whats the reason of finding difficulty while standinh straight i feel like suddenly i am going to faint , light headed and sweating this happens only when i stand straight for more then 20 mints.
