There may be some anemia just have a heamoglobin done.If it turns blue then there may be cyanosis and there are so many causes which support cyanosis...Get done bilirubin and SGPT level to rule out jaundice, because yellow nails are seen in jaundice...consult physician for clinical examination and evaluation they will do the needful.
