My father, aged 64 presented with a variety of symptoms including general aches and pains in his joints over the last few months (mainly wrists&ankles), breathlessness& a persistent cough. he also noted that tips of his fingers were becoming whitened and begun to feel cold. Skins on his fingers &hands seemed to become tighter and wrinkles disappearing and started to become discolored and now blackened. dryness and soreness of the mouth&eyes, dysphagia and diarrhea also presented.
