Painless rectal Bleeding

I’m a 27-year-old woman. I’ve noticed painless bleeding during bowel movements a 3 times over the last month. At first, it was just a little bright red blood after wiping, but today I noticed it was mixed with stool. I’ve had constipation on and off recently, especially after travel. I sometimes strain while pooping. There’s no pain, no fever.

Your symptoms could be secondary to haemorrhoids, but other causes need to be ruled out too. Please hydrate yourself well, take good fibre diet, avoid straining.
