Painless growth on my back

Noticed this growth about 2 maybe 3 months ago on my back. It hurt like a pimple at first and was flat and red, now it is a little raised and brownish. It doesn't hurt at all if touched or pressed. Is it a keloid or just a raised mole? Should I be worried?I don't have insurance or the funds to see a doctor right now.
