2 weeks a couple days after shaving bumps started appearing on my penis. They arent itchy and dont hurt unless i attempt to squeez them. I was adviced maybe they are razor bumps or ingrown hairs and was told to try putting after shave on them. But i dont believe it is helping. I havent had sex in 3 months but i do know some symthoms can up later sometimes. I really need to know what this is and if i should be worried
