Been having burning sensation while peeing and noticing white discharge. Only for the last three days. Been wearing a penis cage and maybe its bacteria from not cleaning well or having all my urine from urination release?

Drink 15 to 20 glasses of water for couple of days. Burning should go. Maintain good hygiene.
