Since 2yrs have painful scalp tightening throught the day mostly top of head part. If i just place my fingertips on the scalp the sensation increases. Another thing I notice is that my comb gers dirty quickly even though I wash my hair with just plain water and rarely with shampoo. The comb catches a cotton kind of substance.
