Whenever studying longtime, working  computers, not get sufficientsleeping, and moving in hot sun light. I got sudden slight pain with rednes start  in my left eye and spreads to righteye within 2 - 3 hours.

please get your eyes testing done and use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily. follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20. sseconds after every 20 minutes.

Hello There are many causes of redness like allergy dryness etc It is very difficult to comment without examining you Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards

First check that you are wearing the correct spectacle number . If that is correct , you could be having mild dry eye due to frequent blinking while on the computer. Use frequent lubricants - you should be fine! Maskatieyeclinic Opposite Charni road station east, Mumbai
