From last 1 week i am feeling pain while pissing.. i thought it's due to heat.. but from last 2 days i am getting white and yellow mixed thing from my pennis .. i am afraid of that.. please help me to cure this .. still i am feeling pain while pissing

It looks like Urinary tract infection. Go for the follwing tests: 1) Urine routine examination and MICROSCOPY 2) Urine for culture and sensitivity test Please get treated as per urine armrest results. Was there any preceeding unprotected sex ???
