I have been facing every 10-15 day's once when im doing Potty i get lots of pain for 2-3 day's then automatically it get stop then.again with in 10-15 day's i get pain kindly suggest what should i do

Consult Now
Dehydration and subsequent hardening of stool or constipation can cause painful defecation . Avoid constipation , syp cremafin 2 tsf daily at bed time Take plenty of fluid specially in summer Avoid oily , meat product Take plenty of fiber and green vegetable instead .
