  4. Pain when urinating. Of heatstroke?

Pain when urinating

Currently my grandfather is suffering from heatstroke (loo). For first 2 days body temperature was more than 100 and  pressure falls. Medication - Saline, Antibiotic- Monocef, Bifilac HP, Lots of coconut water and ORSL. From today he his having pain during urinating. Is it some kind of side effect or symptoms of Heatstroke? Kindly suggest.

Is he on a urinary catheter? Must be a urinary tract infection.  Pls send urine routine and culture

Hi Severe dehydration and concentrated urine can cause this symptom. However you need to test urine for infection.
