Pain when i push my Lubule on the ear

I have had this for 3 days now and when I push my Lobule I have lots of pain as well when I press my intertragic notch as well.

You seem to be suffering from furuncle of the ear canal. In this condition you will have pain on pressing tragus. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers for few days for faster recovery
