There is a pimple like thing under the tip of my nose. It bothers me once in two weeks. It swells with so much pain. After few days it reduces. It comes and goes again and again.

Hi. Greetings . it may be a nodulocystic lesion and may require specific treatment. Please send in your photo on private follow up chat or see a dermatologist near you. Use a salicylic acid face wash if you are getting acne time and again. Hope this helps. Warm regards, Dr Govind S Mittal.
