Get urine examination done routine and microscopic to detect any infection.urine culture is also beneficial to know the type of infection  and sensitive drug.ultrasonography of abdomen especially for kub is useful to help in diagnosis of pain. Mixture of potassium magnesium citrate mixed with glass of water thrice daily in doses of 15 ml may help in symptomatic relief
