Pain on my right chest

I have a pain on my right chest. It happens if i cough or during a deep breath or when there is a body movement. Also there was no hint of this pain. It started all of a sudden. Is this severe? Should i take any medicine for this?

Take painkillers and bronchodilators as of now do chestxray mean while send me for treatment.
