Pain, lower abdomen,balls

Sir from last 3-4 months i have experienced pain in lower left abdomen. Firstly, my balls started paining. Then i used to wear boxer shorts. Then i started wearing v shape underwear to support testis. The pain in testis subsided. Today i got my abdomen and pelvis ultrasonographed (suspecting hernia). But the report is clean(attached report herewith). Kindly redress. Thanks
