It's almost one year and a half since I started investigating this problem and I still haven't solved it. I have pain and feel pressure in the left part of my lower abdomen after sexual activity or masturbation for about two days. I had the varicocelectomy operation done before this issue started through injection of the sclerosing liquid. My blood test and urine test do not show signs of infections and particular issues. In addition to this, I experience difficulties in evacuating when in pain.
