Tenderness and swelling at my tonsilar lymph node left side And same side tonsils has a tonsil stone which was removed by my self but swelling and tenderness not go away what can I do

Enlarged Jugulodigastric lymph nodes are very common after an acute episode of tonsillitis. They are suggestive of chronic tonsillitis. If it is very painful, then you may take a course of antibiotic along with an anti-inflammatory.
