Pain inside testical and epidermal cysts

My age just 26 , from today i am feeling little pain (coming and going) for 2 to 3 mins inside my left testical i think and i have 3 (large,medium,small) size epidermal cysts from last 2 years ,i am continuing some homeopathy medicine calcarea fluorica 12x from last 1.5 year but the cysts becomes soft i think . what to do please give me best advice
