Pain inside scrotum

I'm having pain and little bit of swelling inside scrotum (but on top of right testicle). Pain is there for a week. Taking antibiotics and zerodol P but no change till now. Please help.

No need of any investigation as of now Scrotal support -use supporter( jock pant) Need to know Which antibiotic u took?? Need to do clinical evaluation
