Pain in urethra

Had UTI 2 weeks before, consulted a gynac & she gave medicines to control the pain and frequency, did urine culture & reports seemed normal and resistant to antibiotic as told by Dr. But now every morning i get pain in the urethra while peeing. Consulted my Dr again she gave me T Bactrim DS tablet which isnt available near me.
