Pain in tooth

I actually had a checkup last day which was done by Dr Pooja Singh and she said that my last tooth needs to be plucked since I was feeling pain in one of end teeth but now while brushing it seems that the tooth she told to pluck has no pain at all. It's rather the two teeth before that last one in which I m feeling the pain. Please help.

hi Please get an  x ray done to point out the faulty tooth.We should co relate this with clinical examination and arrive at correct diagnosis.It would be unwise to advice otherwise.
