Hi. I'm a 22 years old software engineer. I'm facing severe pain in throat to swallow anything. I also am having dry cough since 2 days. I've already taken paracetamol and azithromycin 2 doses. I'm also doing salt water gargles. Is there any other medicine I can use?

Looks like pharyngitis.
Next Steps
A course of medicines with antibiotics analgesic along with betadine mouth gargles will be helpful
