When my penis gets erect, i feel sharp pain in the penis when i try stretching and touching my belly, I have never faced this before. I dont feel the pain when flaccid. My movements of erect penis are restricted because of pain feeling and cannot move my penis too much above, feels kinda muscular pain. I think maybe i have injured my penis while sleeping while erect. It has been a month now, but the conditions have not improved. Will this go away by itself, or do i need to do stretching massages for it to heal up?
