When in sleep from 3:00 A.M. onwards I get shooting pain in the left buttock so much that I cannot walk resting my foot. This pain subsides slowly after I take hot water to drink and I take Dolo tablets after breakfast. This is happening every day since last one week. The pain subsides slowly after I take Dolo tablets and sometimes combiflam tablet. I am using a foldable walker because I loose balance due to intense pain in the left buttock above thigh upto torso portion. I have also to urinate every two hours gap which I find difficult walking upto toilet. Please advise what to do.

Is the only up to the buttocks or does the pain radiates till the knee? Is there associated back pain? Any tingling or numbness in the left leg? You can get an MRI LS spine to rule out spine disease
