From 5-6 days my testicles are paining and feel like vomiting and less energy and pain during urination from 2 months

Got ur pain n concern though it's unfortunate but seating idle n expecting to releif lesslikely in such stressful heat it could be simple kidney stones, UTI or something need to evaluate with clinical status in person Examination n investigation like X Ray or USG whole abdomen and pelvis.
