Can right sided vericocele caused tightness and pulling in testicle , I am suffering from it I consult many urologist but nothing improve my condition USG says bilateral vericocele 🥲

Yes varicocele can cause the symptoms you enumerated.if it's very troublesome you would need to undergo varicocelectomy
