Hi My problem is that i got a really bad pain in my neck and its move toward head whenever i stand up or sit. Actually ACL reconstruction was done on my right knee three days back and spinal anesthesia was given to perform the surgery. Please advise is this curable with time or any exercise that i can do for this.
