Pain in Sole of Feet

I have pain in Sole of both feet when walking, particularly in morning.. Feels like stepping on stones and the same pricking. Pain usually is in balls below feet toes and adjoing areas, NOT in heels.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. It could be due to evan ome multi vitamin deficiency. Cap. Absolut 3g once a day after food for a month. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
